1. Product Information – Fine Art Prints

All artworks are produced on acid-free, artist-grade fine art paper (Hahnemühle).

The following sizes are available:

  • 30 × 40 cm

  • 50 × 70 cm

All photographs are shot on analog film.

Large prints can be ordered with frame. Framed prints are delivered ready to hang and include a passepartout. Frames measure 70 × 100 cm, are made of white-painted wood, and are fitted with plexiglass.

Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, slight variations may occur and do not constitute defects.

2. Custom-Made Goods & Right of Withdrawal

All artworks are made to order according to the customer’s selection.

Pursuant to Article 16 (c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

Therefore, cancellations and returns are excluded once an order has been placed.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

If an artwork arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

The claim must include:

  • Clear photos or videos of the damage

  • Photos of the outer and inner packaging

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

No liability is accepted for artworks that have been unboxed, mounted, or hung before contacting us regarding a defect.

4. Missing or Stolen Deliveries

We are not responsible for artworks that are lost or stolen after successful delivery to the address provided by the customer and confirmed by the carrier.

Claims for missing deliveries must be submitted within 48 hours of the documented delivery date. Claims submitted after this period cannot be considered.

5. Delivery Time

As all artworks are produced individually, the following delivery times apply:

  • European Union: up to 20 business days (approximately 4 weeks)

  • United Kingdom & United States: up to 6 weeks

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and destination.

6. Custom Orders & Black Label Services

We offer Black Label services for clients requiring exclusive formats, special dimensions, or bespoke projects beyond the standard webshop selection.

Custom inquiries must be made prior to placing an order via our contact channels. Availability, pricing, and delivery times are agreed individually.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the seller’s country of establishment.
